The Toronto Group for the Study of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law is pleased to announce its third annual graduate student conference: Concerning States of Mind, Disturbing the Minds of States. Please see the Call for Papers for details.
The principal aim of this conference is to encourage critical inquiry and collaborative discussion among graduate students and junior faculty members, providing a forum in which to explore the work at play in various projects aimed at historicizing and redefining international, transnational, and comparative law and legal scholarship.
Keynote speakers will include Martti Koskenniemi, Academy Professor, University of Helsinki.
Participating faculty members from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and Osgoode Hall Law School, York University will include Jutta Brunnée, David Dyzenhaus, Jennifer Nedelsky, Obiora Chinedu Okafor, Lisa Philipps, Mariana Mota Prado, Benjamin J. Richardson, Kerry Rittich, Sara Slinn, and Craig M. Scott.
